Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by SNPaul Consulting Firm LLP ("we," "our," "us") through www.snpaulinfotech.com.

1. Advance Payments & Deposits

For AI/GenAI, brand design, and website development projects, any advance or deposit paid to begin work is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers time and resources already committed to your project.

2. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects billed in milestones, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. If you cancel before a milestone is completed, you will be refunded for any portion of that milestone's fee not yet earned, minus work already performed.

3. ITR Filing & Compliance Services

Fees for ITR filing and compliance services are non-refundable once the filing process has begun, as these involve time-bound regulatory work. If a filing has not yet been submitted and you cancel, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any work already completed.

4. Cancellations by Us

If we are unable to deliver a service you've paid for (e.g., due to unavailability or an inability to meet agreed scope), you will receive a full or prorated refund for the undelivered portion, as applicable.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued where: delays or issues result from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by you; you change project scope significantly after work has begun; or you simply change your mind after work has commenced.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be sent in writing to connect@snpaulinfotech.com, including your project/invoice details. We will review and respond within 7 business days.

7. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time of your engagement applies.
