5. ITR Filing & Compliance Services — Important Note

For ITR filing and tax compliance services, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely financial information and documentation. SNPaul Consulting Firm LLP is not liable for penalties, interest, or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information provided by you. Filings are made based on applicable Indian tax law at the time of filing; we do not guarantee specific tax outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables (code, designs, documents) become your property upon full payment. Until then, and for any underlying tools, frameworks, or pre-existing materials we use, intellectual property remains with SNPaul Consulting Firm LLP or its respective owners. Website content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by SNPaul Consulting Firm LLP and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client data and business information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or with your consent.
